History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Oppleby alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
