The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. After a long history of fighting, Phelaia and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her first spouse was a Banker, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This light-skinned male wears a black coat over a tan low-cut shirt, and a top hat upon his head. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Knight. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
