History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman dresses like a well dressed Dyer does. Her hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Grai wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gifted student she started as a Roofer, but she got bored and became a Dyer. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Expand her business; and balancing her hectic life and new dyer responsibilities is difficult

She has done her best to style her blonde hair to look like a famous performer. Her amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She is an amazing painter.

History: Abalaba was born with her mother's beautiful face. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Revenge; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. She has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. She wears a Stetson hat to hide her balding. Her green eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Anne lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). After a long history of fighting, Anne and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Elven people; and regain custody of her daughter
