Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She found a children's book about a Elf Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. She has styled her golden hair well, parting it to the right. Her hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her music with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

Description: He wears just a blue suit. He carries a battered lance and tarnished bow as well. His golden hair is singed and shortened. His ears are large.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Erky embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. Erky is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Erky lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: A 3'11" eastern man, he has the majority of his body covered in plate. His long golden hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
