Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Sheggen enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sheggen was born the youngest of three triplets. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fletcher they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Weaver, and he later adopted a second son.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Being a Courier kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
