Description: This man is very fat, and usually wears his blue robe and has his scythe always slung over his shoulder. His hair is red and very short. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. The war was a terrible time for him, and Lamlis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
