History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: An older man who wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, he is not a threatening figure. He has brass crest. His skin is flawless and his gold eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Salasar was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Butcher. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Butcher and was forced into it by his family.

Description: With grey face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears just a grey suit. She has shaved her head bald. Her brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Susannah hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Armorer for hire.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to reunite with her absent mother

Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. He is portly but not overly obese. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born in the west to a Merchant, Diggory learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He became a Merchant soon after.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
