Description: 3'4" and muscular, this western man wears red trousers with green and tan striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Carter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. After months of barely getting by, Kelter managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Tanner they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Sellsword, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
