The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Manea took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up greatsword and armor she uses now. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Theobald abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
