Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Fulbar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Fulbar decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed quarterstaff, just in case, and his gloved hand is found clutching a quarterstaff. His red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
