Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Shava embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Shava and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears suspenders and violet workpants. Her shirt is pastel, and she wears a heavy violet leather apron most of the time, and is pretty ugly. Her red hair is thinning but still full. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Ploughman profession.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To be a Ploughman again.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she typically wears tan cloth garments or leather armor. Her black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. She is baby faced.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Ulla was born on a far northern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Unemployed. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.
