Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears long strands of topaz and short pastel dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His brown fur is singed and shortened. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Weaver arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. After coming to the age of reason, Rhogar took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
