Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Shepherd born in the past three hundred years. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She became a Shepherd soon after.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
