History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
