Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Joser was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Seamstress, but he got bored and became a Spy. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
