History: Born in the west to a Spice Merchant, Valafar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Bookbinder, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mindartis grew up listening to his father's many stories. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has achieved small success as a Apothecary.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she is unsatisfied with her job
