History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This exceptionally lanky man is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Mayor. His auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. He is baby faced.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Locksmith. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
