His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Purban is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born in the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Purban's homeland. Purban decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
