History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Apothecary. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Lavinia isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born to a Scribe, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Lavinia was born on a far western desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Courier. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
