Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her first spouse was a Sailor, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. After a long history of fighting, Mardred and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He worked as a nervous Mortician and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Engraver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and further expansion of business
