Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. A true patriot, Emmeline would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Emmeline was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
