History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Lavinia was a troubled youth. Lavinia decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has achieved small success as a Shepherd.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and many gnolls want him driven away

History: She was born into a rich family. She worked as a nervous Engraver and found it very stressful. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He wears a worn and beaten armor. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His blue hair is singed and shortened. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Andram will drive conversation. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and to reunite with his old friends
