History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She has red fur. Her copper eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed pastel hat.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Kite's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. Kite enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kite grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the west were limited. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom

Description: An older man who wears a violet vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his violet boots flare out at the collars, he is not a threatening figure. His head has been shaved. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
