History: Oppleby was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Oppleby has worked very hard to control his curse. He struck the Brewer job and began his own company from there.

Description: 6'2" and muscular, this western man wears a black costume with the symbols of luck on his torso. His black crest is unkempt and raggedy. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gold eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Rhogar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.
