History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Mara reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and many giants want him driven away
