History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Everard was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Shoemaker. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Tervaround was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared.
