Description: He is lean but muscular and is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Weaver. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Barfa hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Barfa grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He's also a talented Fisher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She prefers to wear yellow pants and tee shirts. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. The war was a terrible time for her, and Claira does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Voice: Low and grunting

Description: 6'8" and muscular, this eastern woman wears a green cloak and cross-gartered blue stockings. Her crest, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. Her eyes are likewise gold. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Mercenary but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She got into the Mercenary business at a young age. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Mercenary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mercenary work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She became a Mercenary soon after.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and further expansion of business
