History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Vani liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Hecat was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Hecat was born on a far southern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Priest. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
