Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Burto was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This malnourished woman wears a green collared shirt and brown skirt. She accessorizes with a tan scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. She has moderate length white crest. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dragonborns.

History: She was born in a small desert village. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and she seems to be bored by most things

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.
