She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

History: Ohr was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Roofer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second daughter.
