Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Beggar but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Pelt lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bowyer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Beggar, and he later adopted a second daughter.
