History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Cartwright work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter.
