History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gubrash was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thervan grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her parents enrolled her in a Warrior school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ea fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
