History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Irann was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Zephan speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Donaar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and an old rival family wants him found
