History: Nelkin was born the youngest of three triplets. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Tiefling culture. A friendly and beautiful Tiefling, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He worked as a nervous Fletcher and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.
