Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Gifted from a young age, Kaladan studied abroad. Kaladan liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: Mardred was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Guard profession.

History: Faral lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She tends to her Sculptor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and balancing her hectic life and new sculptor responsibilities is difficult
