History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Sculptor. She has achieved small success as a Sculptor.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He carries with him a set of shortbows on his belt, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. His silver hair is knotted and matted. He has green eyes.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Jocelyn lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
