She has blue eyes and a pastel hat with a tan feather.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady.
