Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His long white hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: Kelter wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Kelter hails from a village terrorized by giants. He found a children's book about a Halfling Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is his passion; and many giants want him driven away

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This man dresses like a well dressed Crown-heir does, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a Crown-heir soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Crown-heir responsibilities is difficult.

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, and he perpetually has his shield ready. His chestnut hair, when down, is lengthy. This blue eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born to a Cook, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Orcs in Hork's homeland. Hork decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
