Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Cartwright arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
