History: Fenriz was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has taken up work as a Shepherd and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Merla hails from a village terrorized by brigands. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and she wants revenge against brigands

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down
