Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

He carries a battered quarterstaff and tarnished bastard sword as well. His silver hair is smooth and relatively long. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Oppleby and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.
