Description: This man wears baggy tan pantaloons and a red scarf, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around his ears. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Roofer who has hired him part-time. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south.

Description: This man is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amethyst on his right hand. His chestnut hair is still thick. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Peter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of brigands

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
