History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his youth he was a Animal Trainer, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ortegar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He takes great joy in being the best Shoemaker in town.

History: Born to a Glassblower, his father struggled to pay the bills. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shoemaker. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and expand his business

Description: A middle-aged woman, she typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull yellow iron scale mail, and is pretty ugly. Her chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. This hazel eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Fistula grew up listening to her father's many stories. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she feels kind of lost in life

History: Fenriz was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He struck the Barkeep job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he's looking for his big break
