Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed black hat.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Az-Rans was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Az-Rans abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. Her dark red hair is lengthy. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep black.

Personality: Astaro wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Barbarian, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Astaro was born with her father's beautiful face. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Astaro fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

Description: A 5'6" southern man, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a brown coat. His hair is brown and curly. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Heward lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
