She prefers to carry a scimitar, but if one is not available she will default to her axe. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Sporting a auburn mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Drenna is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Drenna was born on a far southern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Courier. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She hates Halflings with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Merla was born the youngest of three triplets. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has achieved small success as a Map Maker.

Description: 6'1" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, red shirt, and blue tie. His fur is red and curly. His eyes are yellow and catlike.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft white waves gently in the breeze. She has wavy golden hair. This hazel eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. A true patriot, Helja would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Gifted from a young age, Helja studied abroad. Helja was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Helja decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After a long history of fighting, Helja and her spouse have recently divorced.
