Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). Being a Interpreter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

History: Ernest hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting gnolls, the young Ernest began to lead the lost caravan. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls.
