Description: A moderately attractive woman, she usually wears her brown robe and has her quarterstaff always slung over her shoulder. She has white hair. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Marastyr was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against dire rats; and meet up once more with her childhood friend
