History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nedda grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She found a children's book about a Halfling Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: This man is very fat, and dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a blue coat with black slacks. His dark red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His black eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He got into the Barber business at a young age. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Zepar took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up dagger and armor he uses now. He has achieved small success as a Barber.
