Personality: Burgell is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the east. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Fortune-teller. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Fortune-teller for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult; and she is unsatisfied with her job
